My Open House 2010-Day 1.
.jpg)
My first day of my Open House was at Comfort Suites in Lake Geneva. A nice group of ladies did some serious elimination to my very large pile of retired card stock and background papers. Then again at .5 a sheet and .20 for background designer paper-it helps empty an area in my basement that I haven't seen in awhile. :0)

Lots of New 2010-2011 catalogs flew off the table. I still have a large stack of 2009-2010 to get rid of as you can see.

Lots of ideas, door prizes, and New product.

A fun Make and Take-1 of 6 to choose from(thanks Patty Bennett for your ideas). More tomorrow at Caribou Coffee Shop. See ya there! Don't forget to bring a friend.
Convention Trades.
One of my past customers, now a fellow demonstrator, took some trades for me to Convention. I so wish I could go but we don't want to throw the hubby over the edge with 2 Girls- 5yrs. and 2.5yrs. Right now the 2.5 is a total demon child. Most of the time she is good but flip a switch and Boom-Evil Child with an evil laugh! Ahh well, I just live through the other Demos right now. So here are the two trades I made. I look forward to what I get back. Thanks Margie.

Don't Forget all you local people-My Open House is Sunday-July 18th at Lake Geneva Comfort Suites from 1PM-5PM and Monday- July 19th at Caribou Coffee Shop (downtown Lake Geneva) from 5PM-9PM. This is a Free Event and You should stop in and bring a friend or two. More on this later.
See ya All there. If you are unable to see any of my photos if delivered by feedburner, stop by my Blog.

So sorry that I was MIA for a few days-I didn't even send out info on the New Catalog-hard to believe. It's my favorite time of year and well-I think I got a Summer Flu early in the week. Only symptoms were massive Body aches-like I did a marathon and had not slept in 2 weeks. Nice feeling-Not!! But I am back to what I know as normal and ready to start stamping and creating great ideas here on the Web.
So-For any New customers thinking about placing an order with me-I am getting ready with a cute gift and thank you card to send out to you all for the next month. You will see come Monday. But -for now-Enjoy my 4th of July Goodies! Happy 4th Everyone!

Easy Water bottle treats. I used the Old Brilliant Blue one more time and Real red and Whisper White.
The stamp set I used is July 4th (Clear #120063) currently in the Summer Mini catalog. I think it should be used all month-even all year because Patriotic is not just one day!

The Well Bean 10-10-10 Stamp Class.
2 Weeks ago I had a 10-10-10 class at the Well Bean Coffee Shop, Elkhorn WI. It was a Very nice place to have a small class. They also have Awesome Iced Mocha's. Now if I could just figure stamping on the Cold cups-I might just have something there!

Anyhoo, The theme was Masculine and Graduation Cards.

My Coffee Shop Pose!
Here were the samples we made. I will let you know when and where the next one will be. Enjoy and share me with others.'Cause Everyone needs a Creative Boost with or with out coffee!

An Oriental Lantern.
This is too cool-if I do say so. I originally got a smaller version and much narrower example of this holder/Lantern/shade from convention (oh-let's say over 7 years ago) and just put it in my drawer. I said I was going to do more with this stamp set and this was the perfect project.

I had to make it wider for my little LED candles.
Directions: 11" X 4 1/4". The inside blocks are 2 1/4" X 2 3/4". I used White Vellum Card Stock (#101856 $6.50), Real Red Textured from Bold Brights group (#108698 $11.95). Stamp Set: Dream Gardens (#114395 $18.95). I used Sticky strip (#104294 $6.95) to hold it together. A little sponging on the vellum shades and just used Staz-On Black Ink (#101406 $7.95) for the images. It will also fold up in half but you will need a slightly larger envelope.
Enjoy and Pass me on to others that could use a little creativity Today!
