Tip Treats!

Ok-So it's the Holidays. Do you think about the people who have serviced you this year? I mean this in the Most Moral way Too. I am talking about your Hairdresser, Postman, Fed-EX, UPS, the favorite teller you go to all the time. How about that really nice Barista or Waitress/waiter. Treat them with a Wonderful packaged treat with a tip!! So much better then just giving them the money in an envelope or just folded!

Stamped item with some Love!!!

I used our retired Petal card Die. Love it!

More Treats done in Cherry Cobbler Card stock (#119685, $6.95) and Stampin Write Marker (#119681, $3.50) and our Tags til Christmas set (# 120847 $30.95 (w), #121169, $22.95 (c)). I used Whisper White C.S.to stamp the label (#100730, $8.50). The Circle Punch is 1 3/4" Extra Large Circle punch (#119850, $16.95).

Lavender Bath Salts Box -My Trades.

Wow-So many cool ideas shared at the Stampin' Up!® Milwaukee Regional. These were the trades that I gave out so that I could have some wonderful ideas to share with all of you later on. I used the Bitty Box for this fun Lavender Bath Salts idea. This is a Big Shot die-Stampin' Up! Bitty Box and Small envelope die (#115967 $42.95). The stamp Set is Herb Expressions (#113224 $32.95). I used Sage Shadow ink and C.S., and Lovely Lilac ink-two of the colors we will be saying goodbye to. Also-I used Inside was Lavender Bath salts that I divided up into 60 boxes. No Greeting-the idea is fun without one.

The second idea was a set that I Love but haven't done enough with. This is Dream Greetings (#114395 18.95). Perhaps in the next few days I can pull out another idea with this set before it goes back into the drawer. I used Melon Mambo and Basic Black C.S. and Staz-On Black ink.

Happy Spring, Happy Easter, April Specials Too!

Hi there, I am back from The Zaraza's First Family Trip. You know that I survived just by me writing this!! It was just fine. Traveling to Florida with daughters- 29 mo. and 4 1/2 yr. olds and the Hubby-25 hours in a car. Anybody groaning. Believe it or not-The kids did really great. It was the trip back that was a bit tough for the grown-ups. Lots of detours through the mountains, strange incidents on the roadway. We saw a car flipped over and then just 2 minutes later-a boat was flipped over-gas smell and people standing around smoking. PEOPLE!!!!

So-it's all good-our land that we checked out is in St. Augustine-Anastasia Island-Inter-coastal-Beautiful and we just wanted to see what was going on in the area. It had been 6 years since we were last there (pre-Children-I remember it Fondly!!). So Much has changed, lots of New buildings, Sub-divisions, Hotels and Gated Resort communities and Lots of For Sale Everywhere. Practically every other home was for sale. Sad.

Truly -The Best highlights were my kids enjoying the Beach. They Loved it. The Pure Joy-That was what will make the trip memorable. I saw lots and lots of wildlife-those of you that know me well know I am living up to my nickname-Goose! However-there sure were a lot of Vultures following us along the way!! We drove through 9 states-some we had to due to construction. I took a lot of photos and Yes-I will be backing up my computer tonight!

Now-On to the pictures. Here was a total case from Fellow Demonstrator friend and my Web designer-Amy Celonas. It was so nifty I just decided it did not need any improvement. So-Happy Easter-Not to be just celebrated on the day alone!!!:

Here comes a Fun project-this nifty basket. Can you guess how I made this?

Yes-The Big Shot was involved.

OK-I will tell you. It's the Stampin' Up!® Bigz L Die-the Mini Milk Carton. (#117310, $32.95). I love this die. I cut out two to make 1 basket. Stay tuned for more projects and YES-I will make another Video Soon as I have been inspired by using these dies, cutting them apart and making something else. I also used the BoHo Blossoms Punch (#110711, $15.95) and the 5-Petal Punch for the leaves (#109041, 15.95). To give the basket a bit of texture-I used Texturz Plates Kit #4 (114531, $9.95-set of 3-6 designs). A Fun Lip Balm Holder-A little Old/a little New.

I decided to make a few Lip Balm Holders for a Craft fair that I had this weekend. Of Course-They were a hit. I used a Retired Snowman from our 2002 Snow globe set with our Current Holiday Lounge Designer Series Paper. I think they turned out kinda cute-Don't you?

Here is my LIL' Paws version with Christmas Cocoa Specialty Designer paper.

And the inside.

Here are the supplies just in case you NEED these items.

Specialty Designer Series Papers: Holiday Lounge (#115676- $9.95), Christmas Cocoa Specialty (#116770-$11.95), Taken with Teal C.S. (#101584-$5.50), Real Red C.S. (#102482-$5.50), White C.S. (#106529-$7.50), Chocolate Chip C.S.(#102128-$5.50), Close to Cocoa C.S.(#101341-$5.50), Ribbon -Organza Ribbon (#114319-$5.95), Soft Suede Polka Dot (#115612-$9.95) and Satin White Ribbon(#114616-$8.95). Current Stamp Set-Teeny Tiny Wishes (#115370-$36.95).

I used Taken with Teal ink pad (#100617-$5.95) and Staz-On Black Pad(#103257-$5.95). I used a Blender pen (102845-$9.95) to paint the fun snowman. Real Red ink pad (103133-$5.95)

My Favorite tool-The Big Shot of course-was used for the Bear-LIL' PAWS (117983-$11.95). Big Shot (#113439-$99.95) Punches-Word Window (#105090-$15.95) and Modern Label (#116630-$15.95)

Directions: 5 3/4" X 3 1/2" Base. Inside paper 5 1/2" X 3 3/8". Score at 2 1/2" X 3 1/4". Slice 2  marks 3/4" in the middle at 1 1/2" X 2 3/8". I have seen other patterns for extra cuts to hold the Lip Balm in place but this one large hole holds the lip balm just fine. I added SNAIL (Booger Maker Tape!) on the back and added ribbon to tie. Questions?-Just ask.

Right now-I have my HO HO HO-HERE COMES SANTA CLAUSE SPECIAL going on until Dec. 15th evening. Just look at my last post and get all the details.
