Just got to Share.

I have 2 things to share with you.

First is a picture of my one of my downline's "art".

I had a show with one of my stamper 6 groups yesterday and one of my newest recruits is in this group and it was her day to hostess. As I was leaving I saw this on the wall. It's one of our Definitely Decorative Lovely Letters in Chocolate and framed out with a frame she found. Love this.

The second share is from one of my boxes from Stampin Up!®. Have you received one of these boxes with a Fun Sale-A-Bration comment yet? It's not to late-just place an order and get your fun box with 1 of three comments.Too Funny. Enjoy!

An Unruled Plaque.

A few weeks ago, the Golden Oaks Mansion (Bed and Breakfast) contacted me for a few Definitely Decorative Vinyl pieces. I finally had time after the Holidays to help them put them up. We decided that the lines were not needed even though they come with it. I think they turned out really nice. Perfect for the OMG Cupcakes Tea Room to put up the cupcake of the day announcement.

Here's a look for future customers.

What do you think of the Definitely Decorative line. Have you put up some of these fun Blackboard vinyl pieces yet. I would love comments on how you used yours. Questions? Let me help you-they really are very easy to put up. If it is really large-have a helper.

We used the medium Black Ruled Plaque #121624, $19.95.

We used Chalkboard markers from a big box craft store. White seems to work the best.

ENJOY!

Jingle All the Way-Hey!

Ok-Back to the grindstone of fun 3-D items. I have an off week this week and I am trying to be creative. I said many months ago-perhaps a year plus ago that I would use my White Shadow Box from a Big Box Store. Well-It's time.

I am using the Jingle all the Way Real Red Definitely Decorative Vinyl (#114707 $3.50-small). I also used 2009 Background DSP Christmas Cocoa Specialty (Sorry-No longer available). This years color combo has Cherry Cobbler and last year had Real Red.

If I flip the back panel around-Here is my second version. Better looking in person-hard to photograph.

JUST A QUICK NOTE- If you have been trying to Contact me on my Blog-I never got your email. I found out yesterday from Amy-my Blog set up Gal-that the CONTACT ME was not working oh probably since July-SO Not Good. I was not ignoring any of you-I Never got your email. I would love for you to try again. It's Fixed now!! Someone just contacted me and I am very Happy.

ENJOY!

Hem your blessings…..

You Like?

This is the Small Definitely Decorative version of the Hem Your Blessings (#121635 Chocolate/#120188 Crumb Cake $4.95) As you can see I used the Chocolate Chip verse but I added the Crumb Cake Leaves on top of the Chocolate Chip leaves for a twist on the usual. Enjoy.

Halloween Tin.

It's a Fun Weekend project that took 10 minutes-if that- to do! It was time to use my Spooky Expressions Décor Element (#117568 $4.95) that I bought -Oh- A month ago. Don't Worry-There still is plenty of time to order this and decorate something. I love this Bright Orange tin that I found at a closeout store. This picture is of the finished one, with two of the three faces. Scroll down for a Quick how to. If you want to see more of how to apply these-Check back to a Fall Home Shadow Box idea posted in August.

Step one: I Cleaned with a simple cleaner and made sure it was dry. I did not use the front side because of the hardware.

Step two: I cut the faces into three separate pieces from the sheet. I worked on each one-using the applicator (#114285 $1.95). Scrape out all bubbles. If they still do not disappear, take the Hobby Knife (#102449 $4.50) and poke gently under the bubble and push down-getting rid of bubbles. Do it right- and no one will know that you had to do that!!!

Step three: You have Three Flat side to put these on. TA-DA! Enjoy!

Fall Shadow Box-A Home Decor idea.

Hi there crafty people. I thought you might like to see another Home Decor idea in another tutorial form with pics. It's never to early for Fall things I always say. Stay tuned-I am a Fall Fanatic-Certified I think!!!! I made this for a workshop this past Sat. in Harvard, IL. There seemed to be little interest in stamping but they really liked the Definitely Decorative line for their homes. I like to demonstrate this as often as I can because I don't want to lose interest from those that Just came to the party to "support their friend". This "extra" product from Stampin' Up!® is wonderful. You can put it on just about anything. Download the Definitely Decorative catalog from my blog today and have fun decorating.

I bought this Shadow Box at a Big Box Craft Store. I am using the Small Season of Thanks (114883) in Chocolate. Size-7-5/8" X 12".

It comes in Black too and medium size for both.

Gently peel apart the two pages. This is nice and slow!!!

Line up as best as you can. I eyeballed it! Some of you might like to mark it with a chalk line or grease pen. LOL!

I forgot my applicator to apply so I borrowed a credit card from a guest. It works in a pinch but it did take an extra 5 Min. Use the Decor Elements Applicator-it works great!

Pull liner Very slowly just in case some of it still sticks to the paper and not the item you are putting it on. Sometimes you have to roll it back over and scrape a bit more and gently pull back. Keep the liner tightly to the surface.

I cleaned the glass from the inside. I then used the Black Velcro to attach the single leaves. I just added the extra leaves on the bottom to freely float around. Ta Da! Now you have Fall decor that lasts through Thanksgiving. Just change out the leaves and put in another decor item. I hope this gets your creative mind thinking!
