An Oriental Lantern.
This is too cool-if I do say so. I originally got a smaller version and much narrower example of this holder/Lantern/shade from convention (oh-let's say over 7 years ago) and just put it in my drawer. I said I was going to do more with this stamp set and this was the perfect project.

I had to make it wider for my little LED candles.
Directions: 11" X 4 1/4". The inside blocks are 2 1/4" X 2 3/4". I used White Vellum Card Stock (#101856 $6.50), Real Red Textured from Bold Brights group (#108698 $11.95). Stamp Set: Dream Gardens (#114395 $18.95). I used Sticky strip (#104294 $6.95) to hold it together. A little sponging on the vellum shades and just used Staz-On Black Ink (#101406 $7.95) for the images. It will also fold up in half but you will need a slightly larger envelope.
Enjoy and Pass me on to others that could use a little creativity Today!
Holiday Ornaments Home Decor idea
I Love these. Thanks to Demonstrator Kimberly Van D. I cased her original Big Ornament idea and then went forward with the smaller version. I sell these at Craft Fairs right now-which explains my Blog absence.
Supplies used:

Craft Ink Pads and refills Real Red Craft Pad(#101190 $7.50) (#102104 $4.25 Refill) Chocolate Chip Craft Pad (#101816 $7.50) (#102847 $4.25 Refill).
I used our Stamping sponges (#101610 $3.50) and the Glassy Glaze Enamel (#100477 $4.75).

Halloween Tin.
It's a Fun Weekend project that took 10 minutes-if that- to do! It was time to use my Spooky Expressions Décor Element (#117568 $4.95) that I bought -Oh- A month ago. Don't Worry-There still is plenty of time to order this and decorate something. I love this Bright Orange tin that I found at a closeout store. This picture is of the finished one, with two of the three faces. Scroll down for a Quick how to. If you want to see more of how to apply these-Check back to a Fall Home Shadow Box idea posted in August.

Step one: I Cleaned with a simple cleaner and made sure it was dry. I did not use the front side because of the hardware.

Step two: I cut the faces into three separate pieces from the sheet. I worked on each one-using the applicator (#114285 $1.95). Scrape out all bubbles. If they still do not disappear, take the Hobby Knife (#102449 $4.50) and poke gently under the bubble and push down-getting rid of bubbles. Do it right- and no one will know that you had to do that!!!

Step three: You have Three Flat side to put these on. TA-DA! Enjoy!

Fall Shadow Box-A Home Decor idea.
Hi there crafty people. I thought you might like to see another Home Decor idea in another tutorial form with pics. It's never to early for Fall things I always say. Stay tuned-I am a Fall Fanatic-Certified I think!!!! I made this for a workshop this past Sat. in Harvard, IL. There seemed to be little interest in stamping but they really liked the Definitely Decorative line for their homes. I like to demonstrate this as often as I can because I don't want to lose interest from those that Just came to the party to "support their friend". This "extra" product from Stampin' Up!® is wonderful. You can put it on just about anything. Download the Definitely Decorative catalog from my blog today and have fun decorating.

I bought this Shadow Box at a Big Box Craft Store. I am using the Small Season of Thanks (114883) in Chocolate. Size-7-5/8" X 12".
It comes in Black too and medium size for both.

Gently peel apart the two pages. This is nice and slow!!!

Line up as best as you can. I eyeballed it! Some of you might like to mark it with a chalk line or grease pen. LOL!

I forgot my applicator to apply so I borrowed a credit card from a guest. It works in a pinch but it did take an extra 5 Min. Use the Decor Elements Applicator-it works great!

Pull liner Very slowly just in case some of it still sticks to the paper and not the item you are putting it on. Sometimes you have to roll it back over and scrape a bit more and gently pull back. Keep the liner tightly to the surface.
I cleaned the glass from the inside. I then used the Black Velcro to attach the single leaves. I just added the extra leaves on the bottom to freely float around. Ta Da! Now you have Fall decor that lasts through Thanksgiving. Just change out the leaves and put in another decor item. I hope this gets your creative mind thinking!
