Happy July 1st

It’s July 1st, yippee! Thank God, June is over. It was a rough month for my family. Between my surgery, my daughter’s Mouths (Orthodontist, endodontist), Don being Don, yeah, it was crazy here! It’s the beginning of the second half of 2021. New beginnings, for my life with a new knee, as a Demonstrator, just life in general. It’s time to shake things up in my life. Have You had moments in your life, where you needed to shake things up? Well, this is the year, a moment in my life where I am making changes left and right.

It’s time for me to be a serious Blogger again. I have missed this. I like sharing on my Biz Facebook page-LauraZstamps- but I definitely miss sharing more content on this blog. Today, Let’s begin again because I have something fun to share.

The Designer Series Papers are so Beautiful this year. I know, I say it every year but, wow, the projects you should be making with them, will knock your socks off.

Now, how about this fun and super Bright card idea using the Plentiful Plants stamp set. I have a BLACK thumb. Yes, I do. How about you. My grandmother, Hilda was such a Green Thumb, she was all Green. She could grow anything. Her garden, the plants in the basement, around the house, stunning. She was even the Church lady, placing the orders for flowers and telling people where they went in Church. I am ok with not having an ounce of green, I can stamp and create great floral projects. Of course, Stampin’ Up! makes it easy. Oh, look, there are floral DSP on sale as well.

I recently saw a version of these cards, done by Demonstrator-Alisa Tilsner, from Australia. Her card template really inspired me. I was excited to try it but with a bold and brighter version. I shared it with her, and she approved, loving the purple. I hope I inspire you to try this set for yourself.
