All Things Spooky Class-A Night before Halloween Post!

Yes, It's been awhile since I posted. Just getting ready for My Holiday Stamp Camp. I have as of this afternoon-38 People signed up-32 Payed. I will probably stop at the 50 mark. I am thrilled that people signed up-excited and surprised.

Here is a Fun Post from Last Friday's class-All thing's Spooky. These were the Nifty 4 projects that we made. Everyone had fun with the New Sweet Treat Cups. The added trap door made it super Fun!

Here was one of the treat can's. There were Orange and Black and I had one Green tin.

Here was a door prize for this past week's Stamper 6 Group. This was a $2.00 candle holder that begged to be dressed up.

Enjoy!

A Sneak Peek of my Holiday Stamp Camp 2009..

It's just a very little sneak peek.

Yup-That's all you get. Interested?-Sign up today to come to my 12th Annual Holiday Stamp Camp for November 8th, 2009. I may add another sneak peek next week. Enjoy.

Halloween Tin.

It's a Fun Weekend project that took 10 minutes-if that- to do! It was time to use my Spooky Expressions Décor Element (#117568 $4.95) that I bought -Oh- A month ago. Don't Worry-There still is plenty of time to order this and decorate something. I love this Bright Orange tin that I found at a closeout store. This picture is of the finished one, with two of the three faces. Scroll down for a Quick how to. If you want to see more of how to apply these-Check back to a Fall Home Shadow Box idea posted in August.

Step one: I Cleaned with a simple cleaner and made sure it was dry. I did not use the front side because of the hardware.

Step two: I cut the faces into three separate pieces from the sheet. I worked on each one-using the applicator (#114285 $1.95). Scrape out all bubbles. If they still do not disappear, take the Hobby Knife (#102449 $4.50) and poke gently under the bubble and push down-getting rid of bubbles. Do it right- and no one will know that you had to do that!!!

Step three: You have Three Flat side to put these on. TA-DA! Enjoy!

Just a Touch of Christmas.

This was the Holiday card I came up with for my Stamper 6 Groups in September. Easy but just a tad bit of work on cutting out the ornaments. This was a thrill to my groups because it looks elegant but it was easy to re-create.

I used the following items to create this card.

Stamp set -Tree Trimmings (#116722 $14.95)

Elegant Eggplant Card Stock (#105126 $5.50)  Whisper White Card Stock (#100730 $7.50 – 40 sheets) I added a small White piece for inside-5.25"x4"

Elegant Eggplant Ink Pad (#105210 $5.95)

Greeting-Hostess Set Level 2 -Christmas Punch -(Free with orders over $300.00- But-Any Greeting will do!

The last thing I used was the Stampin' dimensionals (#104430 $3.95)-one of my most used items. Some things need a lift!

Like what you see-Shop today and get these items. You can add Whisper White envelopes (#107301 $6.50 for 40) to the wish list as well.

Thanks for visiting my site.

SPOOKY Décor

At last-I finished my Spooky Décor idea. I knew that I wanted to do this a few weeks ago but just started it last night. I put it on the other side of my "Spring" blocks-see Post -Hello Spring-from April of this year.

I used our Sizzix Serif Essentials (#113464, $149.95-But oh so worth it!), Both Halloween Papers-Cast-A-Spell (#115677, $9.95) and Night and Day (#116768, $11.95). I used the current Rub-Ons Spooky Treats (#115729, $10.95) and a retired one from last year (time to stop Hoarding and use it!!!).

The last part I used was Chunky Essentials Glitter (#108797, $15.95), Tombow Multi -purpose Glue (#110755, $3.95), 2-Way Glue Pen (#100425, $3.50), Stampin Dimensionals to raise the letters up (#104430, $3.95).

I hope you try something creative this weekend. As always-You can shop online with me today-24/7. Enjoy!

A Tasty Halloween Treat

Here is a Tasty little Halloween Treat.

I used Tasty Sweet Stamp Set (#111698 $19.95) Basic Black C.S. (102851 $7.50), Stampin Pastels (#105542 $24.95), and White Craft Ink(101731 $7.50)-That created the Poppin' Pastel Technique. Enjoy!

World Card Making Day-The Samples.

Well, that was a fun class. I had 8 enthusiastic stampers and lots of onlookers who were getting coffee, etc. Enjoy the ideas and the smiling faces of my guests.

Here are the cards. They were cased from SUDSOL but Most were Gently retouched and adjusted to my taste.

Yup-give a stamp to a bunch of people and they will all create their own way as well! I had a lot of thinking "Outside the Box" kinda stamping.

Dawn Dykstra is modeling her tote. The idea of the cover came from the Stampers Showcase on Stampin’ up’s!® website. The original idea was shared by Demonstrator Kim Wilson in 2008 and I updated the ink using our current colors:

So Saffron Ink Pad #105213 $5.95

Dusty Durango Ink Pad #115654 $5.95

Brayer #102395 $12.50

Inspired by Nature (the set that inspired me for the Day) #111656 $23.95

I used the Word Window punch (#105090  $15.95) for the cattails. Some used them some didn’t. It looked great as a sunset or sunrise depending on your point of view.

A Nifty stamped tote made from one sheet of Cardstock to house the 5 cards and envelopes. Thanks for stopping by. As always-Please pass me on to your friends. I LOVE REFERRALS!!! World Card Making Day at Caribou Coffee Shop

My 3rd Annual World Card Making Day will be at Caribou Coffee Shop, Downtown Lake Geneva at 2:15PM-4:30PM. Here is just one example of the 5 Fabulous Cards that we will be making along with a tote. I will post the rest of the photo’s tomorrow of the projects.

This card was made using Upsy Daisy ( #111710 $18.95), Chocolate Chip Ink, Chocolate Chip,  Creamy Carmel Cardstocks, and the Pattern Designer series paper-Chocolate chip (112164 $9.95) The Chocolate ribbon was a retired item from 1 year ago. Bummer! Loved it….But my class get’s to use my old stash.

Whoops-ran out of time. These were suppose to be a little thank you gift to give each guest. Sorry-next time. I used our Exclusive Basket and Bloom die (#113484 $39.95) and altered the basket. I am definitely using this version more often. I will just have to give these out to whoever and whomever I run into. Lucky People!

I will see those of you that signed up at 2:15PM and for the rest of you-Stamp something Quick!!!
