Hey-Have a Bird. Betsy's Blossoms Bird that is.
Try this Extremely Easy and Simple card.
See how the Dimensionals under the wing bring more depth? I demonstrated this card recently and told the guests to stamp a bird on a separate white piece of card stock. Then I told them to stamp the bird on top of the Blossom. Now cut out the birds wing from your other bird. Gasps were very audible. But it's such a cute bird-Ladies-"We are not killing a Bird here!" Once I convinced them it was OK, I had them add 2 dimensionals to the wing and add it to the bird on the card-Ooo's and Ah's were now being heard.
Now would I stamp you the wrong way-no way…I just like to be a bit different. Simple. Not even a greeting on the outside.
Supplies I used:
Stamp Set: Betsy's Blossoms (w) #126004 $28.95, (c) #126006 $21.95
Ink: So Saffron #126957 $5.95 & Primrose Petals #126858 $5.95
Paper: Note Card & Envelopes #107311 $5.95
This is a perfect set to get started if you are a beginner. Another great idea-New Brides could use Thank You cards already finished like this for all those thank You's she will need to write. There are 20 in a pack. Better get started.
ENJOY!
