Hi there,
I am having troubles with my posts so I am trying again to send another post of this project.
On another note-If you would like to recieve my Posts-Sign up for the email subscription to the left of the screen. My Feedburner account is looking like it is now unreliable. Thanks much. So-Here we Go.
I know, I went MIA in the last two weeks. I admit, I took time to be with Family and I have been trying to get my trades both personal and those I signed up for-DONE. And they are not! I would say I am 1/2 way there which is pretty good for me. Here is a Sneak peek at the beginning piles:
More to come so stay tuned. I think you will enjoy my ideas that I have prepared for the Big Stampin' Up!® 25th Anniversary Convention. Whoo Hoo!
Now-On to my Scrapbook idea.
I recently presented a smaller version of a scrapbook to a Senior Home in a nearby town. The residents wanted to put some of their pictures that they recently developed into something fun. Here was my idea:
Some of the inside pages:
The Residents, the Coordinator and her Intern Loved it.
So much fun.
Here are the Dimensions for this Fun Project:
The pages are 12" X 5 1/4". Score at 6".
The base was different colors like Island Indigo, Early Espresso, but mine shown is So Saffron. The 2 pages inside are Very Vanilla. 10 pages to scrap, stamp and do whatever. Layer the base Card Stock and the two Very Vanilla pieces. I used a Crop-a-Dile punch (we use to sell these but I know you can find one out there, otherwise, just punch the pages separately) and punched a 1/8" hole on one side of the middle, then turned it over and punched the other side. I added Early Espresso 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon. All the papers are framed with Very Vanilla Card Stock. I added just a touch of tiny pearls to give the project a second look. Super easy.
I used several sheets of now retired DSP of Tea For Two. I really loved this DSP and bought extra for projects just like this.
I hope you enjoyed my little project.
Enjoy!
