I Enjoy vintage looking items. It doesn’t matter if it’s truly old or made to look that way. I also love paper/paper crafts, which is obvious. I’m not even sure when I first started to enjoy this. I think this might have started possibly at Christmas time, oh some 20 yrs ago. That’s usually when my love of yesteryear kicks in. In the last few years I have started to do a bit more with Collage and aging things with sponges. I know I am not alone in this. It was easy to create a collage look with this new stamp set-Butterfly Basics featured in the Occasions Catalog. My recent class-“anything goes” featured this card.

The lace is also brand new- Sahara Sand 7/8″ Lace Trim. Just beautiful. So glad Stampin’ Up! is giving us the supplies for the look we crave.

I am very pleased how well the the card turned out with the tag as the center piece. Isn’t the butterfly fun?

I forgot to add sponges to my list. I used one to add the “aging” look to the card.
