I have been playing with the New Balloon Bash stamp set from the Occasions Catalog.
Verdict?
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! It will look goon no matter what color combo you choose.
Seriously, You NEED this set.
Let me show you my Happy Birthday gift pack.
Isn’t this Fun! Who wouldn’t love to get this! How about the package, perfect for a little something.
I am really enjoying making lots of these Mini Treat bags.
My version of this bag is made into a stand alone, flat bottom, package:
I stamped with the confetti stamp using Crushed Curry ink onto tissue paper, gathered it, and tucked into the box. I liked the sample in the occasions catalog but wanted to do more with the Mini Treat bags. I think I did it justice. It’s so much better in person. I know because I had to retrieve it twice from my 7 yr old daughter, Addie, who just liked it for her stuffed animals.
I stamped the greeting in Night of Navy first, then I cleaned off and stamped on scrap using Crushed Curry Ink. I cut out the word Celebrate then popped it up with dimensionals. I added three rhinestones on the lower part of the banner and three more on the other side of the banner. That’s how a fabulous homemade card looks, better then any digital generic card could ever be. No naked envelope here and done so that the US Post Office doesn’t flip out!
Here are the supplies I used:
