Countdown 2 Christmas-Day 2

Laura · December 21, 2016 · Leave a Comment

Today, I have for you a unique box that I haven’t shown to you before. It’s the Cutie Pie box. Yes, it’s one that I had to have and realized I hadn’t used it yet. Does this hold true for you as well?

It’s so cute. Who wouldn’t like getting this filled with candy or cash.

Here is how you create this.

First die cut 2 pieces.

Fold up, glue sides together to create the box.

Standing this way is almost a tree.

Cut out the “nest” looking piece to create a ring of branches.

Trim off much of the round. I didn’t want to have too much hanging over the edge.

Use the Fine Tip Glue to attach the circle to the box.

Add branches and ribbon.

My daughters will be handing these out tomorrow to their teachers. Inside is Starbucks Coffee Via, chocolate squares, etc. A fun treat in a really fun little box. It really is easy to make. I hope you will make use of this cute die soon  if you bought it and haven’t used it yet.

Sorry my post was so late today. I will have two posts in one tomorrow.  Our heat went out today and will not be fixed until Monday. Yes-no heating unit through the Holidays. I bought three infrared heaters to go along with the two we already had. Yea for Holiday sale of $20.00 off each. The unit is 10 yr war. and we still have a few months left on it. Hence the reason why the long wait period. Ah well, life just keeps going, no mater how frustrating. But it gets better, our Garage door broke as well. Glad my vehicle was not in there at the time. The Door was just replaced 2 years ago. Life just keeps on rolling. Hopefully your days are going a bit better than mine, if not, at least I bring a smile to you.
