A New School Year-A Fresh Start

My daughters went back to school, last week! Can you hear the excitement as I type this? Victoria started her Sophmore year and Addison started 7th grade. I was worried about Addie’s day, but she ended up having a great day. Victoria, not so much. Turns out, AP classes are really going to be hard (the teacher “laid” it on thick of what he expected of them). Victoria moped around all evening. My husband and I talked with her, told her to relax, and explained she can do it. She actually raised her grades during the Stay at home learning to a 4.0. I know she can do it. It will be an interesting school year, just like the rest of 2020.

I was inspired by our nifty Plaid Tidings Designer Series paper (and the fact the girls went back to school) to create this card.
