Yay! It’s September! That means that I personally can start Celebrating Fall/Autumn. Kids went back to school yesterday, and I was in a perfect place. My Oldest, Victoria, is a Junior in High School and My Youngest, Addison, is in 8th Grade. Wow, it’s going quick—my Knee update, 12 weeks out, and doing well. I just started to walk down the stairs, almost normally. It’s going to be a bit. They say that’s the last step. Hah!
I was planning on making a post today and knew it would be a type of leaf card. I saw a post from one of our Artisans, and I was immediately inspired. She took one of our daubers and dipped it into the Early Espresso ink. She then stamped her leaves into BumbleBee Ink. Turn your stamp upside down/facing you and gently tap the dauber on your stamp. It just adds a bit of brown to the leaf. Then stamp onto the card. Check out my sample.
Added Sparkle with the Genial Gems! To keep the ribbon in place, just add glue dots.
Add a Very Vanilla Envelope and ready to send.
Here are the supplies I used:
I hope you ENJOYed!
Just a bit of cleanup. I used a punch that is no longer available. Oops! I was so excited to create that I didn’t notice. Also, the Happy Fall, y’all is from the Banner Year stamp set on page 95 in The Annual Catalog. It is $17.00 for 29 Photopolymer stamps. #158239.
