Celebrate Cards

Laura · April 15, 2015 · Leave a Comment

A week ago I created a “Celebrate” card idea for my Hartford Ladies Stamp Club. I wanted a simple and clean card design.

Celebrate-WhiteSo easy to create.

I decided to try a different Celebrate version but in Night of Navy.

Celebrate-Blue

What do you think? Which do you like best? Both are gender neutral and can be used for Birthdays as well as Retirement. I say the latter because I am watching CNBC and the amount of Retirement commercials shown everyday are in the teens. SOMEBODY is Retiring and why not make it a celebration!

Funny thing, I forgot my Original stamp set with the Celebrate word in it in Hartford so I had to use what I had. I had brought my older daughter, Victoria to hang out with our group and I will say I was a bit more distracted then usual when cleaning up. Oops! Still, I like how they both turned out, with or without the original “celebrate” stamp. Here is what I used:
