A Quilt Card

One of the hottest trends in the stamping world right now is making quilt cards. Of course the Big Shot is involved!!! This is a total case from my 2nd level Upline Jill Olsen. I have used the combos Daffodil Delight and Black, and Basic Gray and Pink Pirouette. This one is Basic Black and Pretty in Pink.

I used the textured impressions Embossing Folders: Square Lattice (#119976, $7.95) and Perfect Polka Dots (#117335, $7.95). The star in this is one of our new Triple Layer Punches. I am using Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch (#122464, $23.95). I know, it is expensive, but if you want quality tools-you will find them with Stampin' Up!®. Place an order online today by clicking on my shopping cart at the top right hand corner. It will take you right to my Stampin' Up!® store.

Here you can see the details:

As always-Enjoy!

A Simple Jar of Flowers

I am just loving this On the Grow Stamp Set. It's simple and elegant and Fun all in one. I have two versions for you. This month I have been demonstrating the simple version at my workshops. It's been very popular:

I like it. It's simple and easy to recreate and my customers at the workshop loved it as well. I haves sold well over 10 of the On The Grow stamp sets. Just a note for all of you current and "future" Demonstrators that check out my blog. I was taught years ago that if I buy a stamp set, make sure that I had at least 2-3 ideas to do with it right off the bat. Then, show it to customers at a workshop with some similar ideas. If I sold more then 5 of that item-My own stamp set/item was now considered Free! I have taught my downline this technique as well. As all of you know, you want ideas. Of course we have a few hoarders out there :0). that will buy any item no matter what you show. Truly, any Stampin' Up!® stamp set will give you value, but if I can show other ideas than what is already helpful in the catalog, then I feel I give you Quality, ideas, and Value! And isn't that what I, your Creative Coach, A Stampin' Up!® Demonstrator, should do? You betcha!

So are you ready for the Stepped up Version of this card?

A Masculine Valentines Day idea

Ok-First I want to say-this card was Not my idea but from An Awesome Demonstrator-Jackie Topa.

Second, this was one of my cards from my "Everything Valentines Class" I held Yesterday at the Caribou Coffee Shop and it was a HUGE hit. I changed out the Original Real Red color and used Cherry Cobbler. I thought this was more Manly! It is a Faux Metal Technique.

This is Foil-Aluminum Foil run through the Big Shot using the Square Lattice Embossing Folder(#119976, $7.95). It is Awesome. I never would have come up with this myself and now I just love it. I am going to make more ideas using this technique. Just cover a smaller card stock with Foil-(gift wrap it) and place in folder and run it through your Big Shot or other Die Cutting machine. Try it yourself today. Enjoy!

Don't forget to check out my 4Sale page at the top-Retired stamp sets at really cheap prices.

One last look: An Easel and Black Magic Card.

Ok-So I have had three months-technically four-to play with this set and we are into the last few days of availability. Waaaa. Ok-That was my last whine/cry, for this set anyway.:0) So-You have until Tuesday to get this great set. Here is the info again-Watercolor Trio #117050 $22.95 (w) or #120084 $16.95 (c). My post today is two ideas put forth for a group that I traveled three hours away for. We did an Easel card with the Black Magic technique. The colors are Always Artichoke, Cajun Craze and of course Black. This was my "fall" version. Oh and my stamper 6 ladies in Lake Geneva, this is one of the ideas we will making on Monday. I do like the look of Black Magic and will incorporate it into something Halloween. What's coming-FALL-it's my FAVORITE SEASON and I love practically all of the ideas in the New Holiday Mini. I look forward to showing you my New favorites and ideas. Do you have your New Holiday Mini yet? If you don't and you need one-contact me and I can get one to you.

Enjoy and share with someone you know who loves creating.

It’s A Sneak Peek-Summer Mini.

I have been playing with some of my new sets from the Soon to be released Summer Mini. As a Demonstrator, I get to Pre-order and what a thrill it is to play with something Brand- Spankin' New.

This is a Lovely card (if I do say so) that was made with the Watercolor Trio (Not yet available-W-117050 $22.95/ C-120084 $16.95). I also used the Rich Razzleberry, More Mustard and Old Olive Card Stock and inks. I love this as it reminds me of a set that only appeared in the Summer Mini 2 years ago. I also used a bit of the sponging technique. I dabbed my sponge into More Mustard, Rich Razzleberry, Crushed Curry and Old Olive inks. I then used the "Most Used" stamp in my collection-Itty Bitty Background (#114996, $14.95). I hope you are looking forward to the New Mini. It will be going out to those who have been current customers. Need one? Email me and I will get one out to you. May 1st-I will have the Button on the side so that you can download the online version.

Enjoy!
